Thank you for shopping at Whizurl’s Shop’s website ("the website").
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for out-of-stock items
If we find that your ordered item is out of stock, we shall notify you immediately via your registered email on the website and shall refund you within 48 hours from the date we received your payment.
Refunds due to the item's nature or faulty
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account (local customer) or PayPal account (international customer).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your beneficiary bank’s and PayPal’s turnaround time.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund the price that you have paid for the returned item.
